Challenge
Semcon, needing to move away from providing individual consultants instead wants customers to see the value in their project/team based offerings. 
Solution
Semcon's team solutions are dynamic and flexible. A tech team can be assembled for any customer needs. By using the familiar aesthetic of toy sets (Lego/Playmobil etc) we wanted in a playful way to make customers think about team based deliveries as an option.
The campaign was heavily focused on SoMe and banners coupled with Direct Marketing to relevant customers, in the shape of a physical box and a booklet reminiscent of a toy catalogue.
